Holiday Season Fundraiser

The Glowing Stone Event management and outreach program will be hosting a Holiday Season Fundraiser at Tito's Bistro and Cafe. Proceeds will be donated to the Canadian Parapalegic Association.

The Sunday event is intended to be an introduction to the game, permitting players to grasp the game's fundamentals. Wednesday's event is geared toward younger players, and Saturday will be a play-as-you-come evening event.

We will have 4 full-sized boards available for players: Depending on the number of participants, simultaneous games can be arranged. We ask that players make a donation to the Canadian Paraplegic Association.

Tito's Bistro has been a fixture in Grande Prairie, Alberta for many years, being Northern Alberta's premier hub for the fine and independent arts.

The Canadian Paraplegic Association is a non-government organization that helps recovering and permanent paraplegic and quadriplegic individuals and their families rebuild their mobility, sense of independence and gain any aid required.

The Glowing Stone Go Event Management and Outreach Program is an organization based out of Waterloo, Ontario dedicated to teaching and promoting the ancient Oriental strategy game "Go." The Glowing Stone thanks the Canadian Go Association for making this event possible and Tito's Bistro and Café for generously donating the space for these events.
