Japanese "Embassy Cup", Ottawa, Ontario

Organized by Charles Chang in cooperation with the Japanese Embassy (255 Sussex Drive).
This is a popular annual event with a cap of 60 participants. 50 participated this year (64 in 2008).
Tournament conditions:
Time: 1 hour, Absolute Time (NO byo-yomi) per player per game.
Handicaps: None in the dan divisions and top kyu divisions.
