This league-play is the best thing that has happened to Go since internet Go started and the traditional Go clubs went into decline.

The internet encourages fast play but a move should take lots of time. This league allows you to play a slow game by appointment! This is so cool!

This league is the best tournament I've ever played. All opponents are at the same level, and all games are close. Everyone has some chance for first place, and has to fight to not drop. Such games are more fun, and more helpful to improve. Harry Cheng 6 d (Toronto)
